Welcome Holdings Hospitality Fund I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is a real estate fund formed to invest in a broad range of real estate assets, both directly and indirectly through investment in entities holding real estate assets, and to acquire, own, develop, lease, manage, and dispose of real estate assets in connection therewith.
INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT
We invest in a broad range of real estate and real estate related investment opportunities through our Investment Fund, and are experienced in sourcing, executing and managing real estate transactions, ranging from Hospitality, Multi-Family, Office, Land Development and Residential investments.
INVESTMENT APPROACH
We approach all transactions where we can “add value”. Our focus is on mid-market opportunities and we invest in various levels of capital structure that have limited downside risk, while seeking to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns with upside potential through capital appreciation or repositioning.
